Breakfast Chia Seed Pudding

I’ve been dying to share this one with you guys, this is my go-to breakfast. It’s packed with protein and good fats meaning it’s keeping you full for longer and nurtures your body at the same time! I love to top it up with berries and exotic fruits, making it feel like a gift to myself every morning 🌸

The possibilities with this little dish are endless, really. Change your milk, tea, toppings, spices and create your very own signature pudding 😀

Morning Glory Chia Seed Pudding

  • 5 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 dl (almost a cup) milk of choice
  • 1 dl ice tea (optional)
  • Fruit and berries to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon organic traditions probiotic smoothie mix (optional)

Make it now now:

  • Mix the chia seeds, milk and spices in a bowl.
  • Set aside on the counter or in the fridge. Stir occasionally for better consistency. after 10 min or so it should be like a pudding.
  • Add your toppings and maybe some nut butter and enjoy the rest of your day!
