Is there something in life you are not happy with?

Take a look at the situation that are making you uneasy and ask yourself these following questions;

  1. How am I contributing to this experience?
  2. What is it within me that believes I deserve this?
  3. How can I change this belief?
  4. How can I forgive myself and my past, learn to let go and move on?

I will take some thinking but by finding the answer to these questions you will get a clearer picture on what is behind your discontent situation. This will make it easier for you to take the action needed to change yourself and the situation. Doing so will take you least one step closer to living a happy and content life.
