Mmmm.. food. Thats me any given day. I love to eat and I love to snack. However, most snacks you will find in the grocery store or at your nearest convenience joint contain a lot of harmful ingredients. Inflammatory GMO‘s such as corn syrup, widely destructive palm oil and various cruel milk ingredients are just the first three that comes to my mind.

Not so healthy for us or our planet. Let’s cut the demand for these products and start eating real food again! These chips are  easy, fast, cheap and healthy for you. Did I mention tasty plus that you can flavour them however you want? Let’s get cooking beautiful!

Garlic Kale Chips

30 minutes

  • 1 large bunch kale
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
  • 1 heaped teaspoon salt

Make it like this:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Rinse the kale and let it dry, either do this before so it has time to dry or pat dry it with a towel.
  4. Remove the stems and ribs from the kale and tear into 2 inch pieces.
  5. Place in a mixing bowl, add olive oil and salt and give it a good mix with your hands to evenly coat them.
  6. Spread on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 20 min, checking in every now and then making sure they dont burn. You want them dry, crispy and evenly baked.
