Purple Haze Cabbage Noodles

Sometimes you just feel like minimal effort but you still gotta get those nutrients into your body. For this exact reason I present to you:

Purple Haze Cabbage Noodles

Serves 1 or 2 depending on the size of your head (small one = 1 serving) and takes about 10 min to make (if even)

  • 1 purple cabbage head, shaved thin on a mandolin (or with a knife), rinsed with cold water and drip dried
  • Tamari
  • Salt and pepper
  • Gomasio (sesame salt)
  • Cilantro or parsley for garnish
  • Nutritional yeast (optional but I toss this on everything so yeah..)

Make it:

  • Prep the red cabbage, rinse and drip dry.
  • Heat up a pan.
  • Toss in the cabbage (yes without oil) and dry fry for roughly 3-5 minutes to slightly char and wilt.
  • Add tamari during the process, stir and fluff a few times while cooking.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs after plated.
