Take it easy

Meditation is all the rage this days. With benefits both on the physical and spiritual plane, it’s easy to understand why.

With meditation, the physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with more prana (life source energy). This results in joy, peace and enthusiasm. Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an Alpha state that promotes healing. The mind becomes fresh, delicate and beautiful.

So you understand why, now how can you experience it? All it takes is a regular practice. 5 minutes a day is enough, although I usually go for 30 min myself.

How I meditate:

Start by either sitting or laying down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Notice your breath. Fill your lungs, breathing into your belly. Exhale completely. Now direct your focus into your body. Feel the energy field inside. You are full of life, here and now. If you have a hard time feeling this life energy inside of you, imagine that you are breathing in light with every inhale. Exhale tension. Follow the light inside your body and stay in this feeling for as long as you like.
