Hi everyone! It’s been a long time, I know. I have been in New York for 2 weeks and had my hands full in that amazing city. But not to worry, I am back and got a lot of stuff to share with you 🙂
First off is my go to tomato sauce. This is a recipe that saved me countless of times and that you can make so many different versions off. Add some cayenne and make it spicy or throw in some fresh herbs for a more italian feel. Adding some sweetener enhances the tomato flavor and if it’s too watery try to add a bit of starch.
Oh, and if you prefer to watch me cooking it in a short video, click here!
