Miso Sauce

This miso sauce is great for more or less anything! My favourite is to have it for roasted vegetables and to rice salads (but i’ll add a little bit more lemon first). Life is so much easier when you have a (homemade but) pre-made sauce in your fridge 🐾

Miso Sauce

  • 1 cup (2.5 dl) tamari
  • 1/4 cup (5 tablespoons) miso paste
  • 3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons minced lemongrass
  • 5 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of ginger
  • 1/2 cup (1.5 dl) avocado oil
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced

Make it like this:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Pour into a refrigerator safe container and seal. You can keep this for 3-4 weeks.
