A Sad Story with a Happy Ending

Written by Kajsa IngelssonDecember 4, 2023

I started this blog many years ago now. It was just about when social media started to blow up, so you can imagine how long ago 😉

I have been enjoying using it as a tool to educate, both myself and others. I have treasured it as a diary of sorts. It inspired me to really start experimenting in the kitchen and share the recipes here. It also pushed me to up my photography game, both taking pictures and being in front on the camera.

However, 2.5 years ago my instagram was hacked. I tried to get it back for weeks to no avail. I watched as the hackers used my account to scam my followers and destroy my brandname. If I am to be all honest with you, it was veeeery traumatic. After a few weeks of trying to get a response from instagram (like seriously worst costumer service in the history of humankind), facebook, even the police (!), I realised that the only thing that left to do was to let it go. When I woke up the next day, my account was gone. I dont know if they changed the name and keep scamming people with my pictures, or if instagram finally took it down (I sure hope so). However, I did know that it was game over, time to turn the page, hit the reset button, let it go to allow something new to flow.

After a few months of healing, recovering and reflecting on what I wanted to do with this new chapter in my life, I got working on a new personal brand and webpage. Entering:

Life with Kajsa!

I am still focusing on the things I used this platform for; vegan food, sustainable solutions and a healthy and holistic lifestyle + adding a fresh and new dose of spirituality

BUT

Furthermore I am now also offering my services as a

certified holistic health and self-empowerment coach!

I am sorry it took me so long to write this post to let you that followed me throughout the years in on what went down. I love you and thank you for being a part of my journey.

After a lot of contemplation, I decided to leave this page up, although I will not be posting any new stuff on here. This way, maybe the work that I done for so many years can continue to inspire and educate. Plus, I am not the one to let bullies win 😛

If you want to continue to get new content in regards to all things healthy and spirituality from me, please head on to my new webpage and follow me on social media.

Thank you, I Love you, Blessed Be
