Baked Banana

Why do I love bananas? Well;

Bananas are filled with potassium, an essential mineral which maintains proper heart function and regulates your blood pressure. Bananas’ potassium content also benefits your kidneys and bones. Furthermore, bananas are a known cure for heartburn. They help balance your stomach’s pH and enhance the protective mucus layer, relieving pain.

Best of all? They are sweet and super delicious, making them perfect for a natural and easy dessert recipe!
