Chickpea Flatbread
About 40 min
- One part chickpea flour (like 2 dl)
- One part water (same)
- A couple of tablespoons of olive oil
Make it like this:
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Let it rest for 30 min.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F)
- Heat a cast iron pan in the oven under the broiler for 5 min just before cooking
- Add your batter into the hot cast iron pan and cook in the oven for about 7 min
- Look for crispy edges and a little browned surface and you are ready to go!
- Serve with fresh garlic and LOTS of olive oil, salt and pepper on top.
