I feel so blessed to be born on a planet with so much beauty. Nature is astonishing, breathtaking. She provides us with everything we need to thrive and be well.
With that in mind, have you heard of something called earthing? To explain it simple: Earthing, also known as grounding, is based on research that demonstrate that connecting to Earth’s electrical energy promotes physical wellbeing.
Ongoing research is clearly demonstrating that reconnecting to the Earth serves as a foundation for vitality, health, and healing. In an age of rampant chronic inflammation and disease, “grounding”yourself – outdoors and/or indoors – serves as a natural, simple path to better health, deeper sleep, increased energy and radiant appearance.

The act of Earthing refers to a physical connection between the electrical frequencies of the human body with that of Earth’s. So today I promise i will spend some time outside. I’m gonna kick of my shoes and walk barefoot, closing my eyes and feeling the connection with our earth and universe.
