Good morning, good evening and MJAU! I hope you are having a nice first day of the week. Today I’m gonna share the recipe of my Good-Morning Moringa Smoothie. You better believe that this smoothie will keep you on top of your game for the rest of the day.
As I mentioned in my blog post yesterday, moringa is a super nutritious plant you want to make sure that you include in your everyday diet. Since I am a big fan of getting my carbs and sugar in the morning, I threw in some mango and pineapple. They also make the smoothie taste less kale-y and more sweet-y (hihi). If you don’t have coconut water at home feel free to use coconut milk or plain old water.
Good-Morning Moringa
- 4 leaves kale
- 2 small stalks celery
- 1 dl pineapple chunks
- 1 dl frozen mango
- 1 teaspoon moringa powder
- 3 dl coconut water (or more if you want less thick consistency)
How to make it;
- Chop all the veggies and fruits into small pieces and place in a blender.
- Add the coco water and moringa powder.
- Blend on high speed until liquified.
- Serve over ice.
