Tabletop mountain is towering 1086 meters over Cape Town, and is around 500 million years in the making. Obviously my brother and I had to climb it. I mean how can you not after watching it from all different angles around town?
It started to rain 30 min into the hike. It was cold and windy and at times we could barley see more than two meters ahead. After 3,5 hours of climbing we reached the top, soaking wet, cold and hungry AF. But we made it, we up!
It litteraly took my breath away (pun intended). What can I say.. Nothing will ever be as beautiful as our planet in itself with her different landscaped and all the different beautiful creatures calling it their home. We must fight for this. We most preserve this planet, our only home.
