When doing my weekly market run this Friday morning I ran upon this lovely lady selling locally produced superfoods. She was selling everything from coffee, cacao, honey and coconut oil to spices like oregano and turmeric. But what caught my eye was a package with a green powder called moringa.
The entire moringa plant, from root to leaf, has a highly nutritious profile. It’s a powerful anti-inflammatory, high in antioxidants and provides you with tissue-protective properties.
