I am glad to present to you my fellow queen and health coach sister!

What is it that you do? Who would benefit from seeing you?

I’m a raw and holistic nutrition health coach. Everyone can benefit from learning about holistic nutrition and creating better habits.

There is so much pressure in today’s society to have it all, see all and be all. How do counter the stress that this brings and find balance in your life?

It’s been a long road but I think I’m reaching the point where I don’t worry about material stuff. I think creating a real connection with nature and to surround ourselves with good hearted people is a way to start. Reading and being aware of the world’s situation is also vital.

What does it mean to you to live a healthy life?

For me eating healthy is declaration of self love, you are telling yourself at least 3 times a day that you love yourself. When things are not working well I tend to eat in a non healthy way, but when I get my act together eating healthy comes naturally.

What are the top three things you do to contribute to saving this planet?

Not eating meat is the number one. Also I don’t wear leather and I use ethical and vegan beauty products. The last one that comes to mind is creating awareness in my community.

What are your favorite health habits/routines?

Golden milk before bed! It’s just the best thing ever, feels like a warm hug. Using homemade face masks on Sundays and having a cold juice with turmeric and ginger as a morning snack.

What’s the best advice you have for us on how to live life to the fullest?

Love yourself! Stop being so worried about dieting and your weight. Having a healthy body should be a secondary benefit from a healthy diet, not the main reason. Always take the time to be grateful for your food, sometimes we take things for granted and lots of people in the world don’t have anything to eat. Being grateful about our blessing always helps to have a happier day. I have a diary and write 5 things to be grateful for (almost) everyday. When things get complicated read your past diary entries, I guarantee, you will feel better and your mind will be clearer!
