Top 10 For Your Mind and Soul

Written by Kajsa IngelssonNovember 7, 2021

Gratitude is one of the quickest ways to amp up your vibration. Try it right now – stop reading and look around the room. Turn your attention to what you are thankful for in this moment (there is always something). It might be your pet, the beautiful weather, or the fact that you were blessed with another day on this earth. Whenever you are feeling a low energy emotion, shift your attention to feeling gratitude and see how your mood changes.

Call to mind someone who is easy to love, and hold that person in your heart. Visualize him or her sitting in front of you and notice how you feel. A feeling of expansion, lightness, and happiness will take over your being, and that right there is the shift you are looking for. Spend as much time as you can interacting from your heart.

Whatever you want more of in your life, offer it out to someone or something else. Feeling poor? Give a little money to charity. Feeling lonely? Make an effort to make a stranger smile. Don’t have enough time? Give your time to a good cause.

I know, this one is on all the lists of, well, everything. It’s because when you train yourself to be present in the now moment you are in, you resonate more harmoniously with the truth. With regular meditation, you reach your flow state. Here’s a link to my favourite meditations to help you get started or find a new favourite!

Breath Work

The breath is another great way to tap in. There are Manu different breathing techniques, but my go-to lately had been chanting Om everyday.

Reconnecting and Grounding

I take two walks everyday with Mr. Tiny. Every time I am out, I am reconnecting to nature and grounding myself. Mindfully walking around is my favourite form of meditation. It also boosts your seratonin levels in the brain, making it produce dmt.

Its very important to have compassion both for the self and others. I have found that the more compassionate I am towards myself, the more I can live from my heart and extend that compassion to others. Be kind to yourself and mindful of what you are saying to yourself in your head.

This is a big one. Forgiving people that have hurt us can be very hard, but we are only the ones suffering in the end carrying all that hurt. Forgiveness for the self can be even harder, but with compassion we can realise that we are always doing the best we can with the level of consciousness that we have at that moment.

Learning to forgive makes you possible to live in grace.

This one is so key for me. I don’t write everyday, but often, and every time I do so I feel better and more clear. Putting things down on paper literally removes it from your mind to the page. I also love writing down my manifestations! You know what they say; a pen is like an antenna, so write it right to source.

If you follow me on instagram, you know that I dance A LOT. To connect myself to my inner power, to raise kundalini and feel the goddess energy or simply to move stagnant emotion; the reasons why are many.

I feel free when I am dancing. And if you think you can’t dance? EVERYBODY can dance. There is no right or wrong way, its just how you and your body wants to express the music. Close your eyes and start to move, loves.
