I rescue animals. It’s been a thing since I was a young girl, I used to save all kinds of animals with my late grandfather. This story is about Cookie. The little mama from a township in Cape Town. She had such a hard life before I met her when I was volunteering in a shelter. I threw a ball into her pen and that was the end of it. She looked so small yet so strong.
She’s got the spirit of a puppy, always playing and giving Mr. Tiny kisses. We had a good 6 months of blood, sweat, hiking and everything in between. But now it’s time to move on.. These are some pics from our last hike together in Sea Pointe 🙂
Lucky Cookie found her forever family with three kids to play with. She has never been happier. Light and love to you Cookie! I’m happy I’ve met you and thank you for everything.
